- Please try to open your web browser in InPrivate window.
- Please try to clear the browser cache and make sure that they also select the Cookies and website data option.
- Please try to use another web browser like Edge.
If the issue persists, please contact customer support according to the error message. Since this issue may be related to an incidence form the server side. And you may contact the Office 365 administrators in your organizations and open a support ticket in the Office 365 admin center via the steps in the articlefor further help. The support team there has the correct escalation channel for this case. It may be the most efficient way in handling this kind of issue.
