Would you please provide instruction on: How to change cursor colour/opacity in Excel 2016 ; currently not visible enough - please change/solidify?

Customer with vision adjustments requires cursor colour in Excel be changed for colour / opacity.

Please describe how to do this?

It must be that this is possible, adjustment of basic feature.

    Re: customize mouse

    It is a Windows setting, so go to the bottom left corner of the

    Windows display (task bar) and enter "mouse settings"

    The is from "Additional mouse options"
