Focused inbox icone not available

Hello,

Focused inbox icon not available in 2016 outlook standard version 2016 (16.0.5.173.1000) 32bit and also unable to find it from below settings

Open File > Options > Customize Ribbon

Under Choose commands from select All Tabs and under Customize the Ribbon select Main Tabs.

In the column on the right, select View.

From the column on the left search under View for Focused Inbox and if you see it, select it and click the Add >> button in the middle to add it to the View section on the right.

could you please suggest how to fix this issue

    Please confirm you have Exchange account setup on Outlook.
    Focused inbox only available with Exchange account.
    Focused Inbox not available under POP & IMAP account.

    Hi @Mick ,

    I noticed that you are working with a perpetual versions of Outlook 2016 instead of the subscription versions of the clients, in this case, please kindly understand this feature requires the Office 365 subscription versions of the clients, and it will not be delivered to Outlook for Mac 2011, or the perpetual versions of Outlook 2013 for Windows and Outlook 2016 for Windows.
