I cannot setup OneDrive backup

When I try and configure backup on OneDrive I get the following

You can't select folders to back up in your personal OneDrive account because this is a work device

How can I get past this message?

The PC is running Windows 10 pro

The Microsoft 365 subscription is "Personal"

Microsoft 365 and Office | OneDrive | For home | Windows

    I understand you are using a personal subscription, but if it is a work device you are using then your employer can apply policy to prevent you from using this feature.

    I would suggest contacting them to discuss this policy.
