When I login to my OneDrive (web app) I no longer see my files in the "my files" folder on the tree on the left. I can however see some recent files in the recent files option, on the left.

I have the mobile app and I can see all of my files.

Why can I no longer see them using the web app?

    Hello KevinWatson9,

    I am Jaspreet Singh.

Before anything else turn off internet on your phone so that onedrive on the phone does not sync (if by any reason your data was removed from cloud your phone has not yet synced when it does that it will remove the data from phone too)

Login to web version with a different browser (make sure of the account you are using to login it should be same) If you still donot see any data check the recycle bin if you still donot see your data use the data from your phone (copy it to your computer via usb and upload it manually back to onedrive cloud)

    Hey KevinWatson9,

So you're saying you go to:
https://tenant-my.sharepoint.com/personal/your_upn_email_com and don't see My Files in the upper left? What browser are you using?
