SMTP connection

Hello,

I have successfuly connected this account with WordPress SMTP plugin and it works great! But there is a problem with SMTP connection to another app where it says "sending to email server smtp.365 failed". Any suggestions?

    The setup is correct. The sending works from another application and from a different server. I have done the test connectivity on https://testconnectivity.microsoft.com/

    According to your description, the issue of your concern that you've got a SMTP time out error.

    First of all, please allow us to confirm that how did you set up for the SMTP in O365, please refer to How to set up a multifunction device or application to send email using Microsoft 365 or Office 365 to see if there's any differences.

    Also, could you please give an attempt for navigate to https://testconnectivity.microsoft.com/  to test the Office 365 account's Outbound SMTP Email  feature and send us the result for further analysis.

    Please follow: Click Office 365 tab > Outbound SMTP Email > Next > type the needed information > Perform Test

    In addition, could you please capture the error to us for further troubleshooting.
