I can't find the themes button under the page layout tab. In fact, that tab only gives me three options (page setup, print area, and breaks). How can I fix this?

Are you using Excel Online (i.e. Excel in a browser)? Themes aren't available in that version, only in the desktop versions of Excel for Windows or Mac.
