Hello,

I've just (reinstalled) my Office, in hopes of solving the issue, but I cannot add a note, threaded comment to a cell in excel. I have the latest version. What's the solution here? There was another open threadwhich got closed, without offering any solution for the issue, even though lots of people have been complaining about it.

Why is Microsoft support again such a trash? Why do you regularly ignore people's problems with Windows, Excel and other products, without actually fixing the bugs and offering solution? Honestly Microsoft support is one of the **** in the whole world, while it's one of the biggest companies on the Globe. You don't have enough money to hire adequate number of test and support personel, or you're just making so much money that you don't care...?

Try using excel safe mode. and see if the same occurs.

Open the Run dialog box by pressing the Windows key + R. ...

Once the Run window opens, type:

excel /safe in the input box next to 'Open'.

Press the Return key or click OK
