I want to insert excel table into word and then link this so that when I update the excel table the changes will be reflected in the word doc

Hi Rita,
In Word, click on Insert > Object > Create from file.
Select the Excel workbook you would like to link, and make sure you tick on the Link to file option.
Then, click OK to insert your worksheet into Word document. And in this way, the changes you made in the Worksheet will be reflected in the Word doc as well.
