    OR,

    Select and Copy in Excel

In Word, Paste > Paste Special > Turn on "Paste Link" radio button .

    Similar concept, different path.

    Hi Rita,

In Word, click on Insert > Object > Create from file.

Select the Excel workbook you would like to link, and make sure you tick on the Link to file option.

Then, click OK to insert your worksheet into Word document. And in this way, the changes you made in the Worksheet will be reflected in the Word doc as well.

    Regards,
    Alex Chen
