I am unable to access my email, which i believe is all part of Microsoft/Office/Windows etc (very confusing). The following is the message i get from Microsoft Online password reset: "Your account is currently blocked from signing in. As a result, you may not reset your password at this time. Please contact an admin in your organization and ask him or her to unblock your account."

Your account can be enabled by them in this case. Please contact the IT team head in your school or work.
