MS Lists Sub Items

I wasn't sure where to post this so please move if necessary.

In MS Lists is it possible to create sub-items?

I need to create list that will display details of orders. There will be multiple items within each order.

e.g. the list below shows two separate purchases (#5432 and #4322), including the item details and prices.

Order No	Description	Price	Quantity	Code	Item Total	Total	Status
5432	item 1	1.99	1	4322	1.99
	item 2	2.99	2	54232	5.98
	item 3	6.99	2	543	13.98	21.94	PAID
4322	item 1	9.99	1	12	9.99
	item 2	1.99	2	431	3.98	13.97	PENDING

The idea being that I will setup notifications when the Status changes.

Can I use MS Lists for this or should I look at another app? Currently we're using MS Excel but we want something that we can integrate into MS Teams.

I go through the post carefully, I am sorry to say there could be no built in feature to create subitems in a List in Microsoft List or SharePoint list, however, create a group view in the list could be a good workaround, but we need to record data like screenshot below:

 

Then we may create a new view in list with configuration like below(More info on Create, change, or delete a view of a list or library (microsoft.com)):

 

After switch this view, we can get something like subitems

Additionally, If you can save information in different lists, you may try using Power Apps to create Cascading lists: Working with Cascading Lists in SharePoint and Power Apps | Microsoft Docs
