Unauthorized paypal charge

I've been charged for 99 euros for a Microsoft 365 Family subscription on my Paypal account. On my microsoft account I haven't made any purchases in the last 12 months according to my purchase history. None of my family members have acces to my Paypal account or could make payments with it. I do not recognize this payment and I've never authorized it. I've already contacted paypal for unauthorized charges but I think I also have to get in contact with microsoft for this. I don't know what to do here..

I've already made the necessary security changes.

Did you clarify to Paypal customer support if the charge for Microsoft 365 Family plan was really for your Microsoft account or for someone else? Have you tried checking the specific payment method that is currently saved in your Microsoft account?     If you have an active Microsoft 365 subscription, how do you usually pay for that subscription, are you using a credit card?
