Hello guy's how yoy doing? i'm writing because i'm not that pro an AKS, but we have a custer that he wanted to change the default Public Ip Address for his AKS cluster, we change it and after a few days its like the ip is missing, you can check and see that the IP is there but when you try to ping or something it doesnt respond!
Can you give me a hand on this please?

If you modify or delete Azure-created tags and other resource properties in the node resource group, you could get unexpected results such as scaling and upgrading errors. [Reference]
We strongly recommend against making manual changes to properties of resources in the AKS node resource group. Instead you can browse this document for allowed updates to the AKS Standard Load balancer.
In the current situation please run az aks upgrade -g $ResourceGroupName -n $AKSClusterName -k 1.20.7. This will attempt to reconcile deviant resources to the desired goal state. For best practices on AKS cluster upgrade please check this document. Please do let us know if this helps.
