Hello I have a current issue with sway The start from Topic button is missing, I can Create New or Start From Document But I am now Unable to start from a topic. I cannot find anything in the settings etc. Anyone got any Ideas?

Based on your description, we understand taht you cannot strat from aa topic in Sway.
In out test, when you access Sway from Office Portal, the page shows following:
And if you click the Sway form this link:Microsoft Sway - My Sways (office.com), the page will show this：
