I completed the MOS courses for word, excel, and powerpoint back in high school. I am trying to retrieve copies of them, however, I earned them back in 2014-15 using my school email and cannot figure out how to obtain them. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Resmith,

Welcome to Microsoft Community.

Based on the description, it seems like you want to get a copy of your MOS certifications: Earn a Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) certification.

In this situation, I request you to post the issue in the related Microsoft Learning Forum Training, Certification, and Program Support to get the appropriated and detailed help from the engineers in that community which are professional to support any threads with certification.

From my guess, you may need to sign in with the school email in Microsoft Learning Dashboard: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/learning/dashboard.asp and check if it shows any certifications there to download a copy. Like this: How to Download Your Certificate - Training, Certification, and Program Support (microsoft.com).

However, if you encounter any issue when you try to find the certification and download it, just post a thread in there and let the professional engineers to support about your scenario. Some threads posted by users in there:

  1. Lost my MCSE certificate many years ago, need a copy now. - Training, Certification, and Program Support (microsoft.com)
  2. I lost my certificates, how do i get a copy? - Training, Certification, and Program Support (microsoft.com)
  3. I would like to get a copy of my Microsoft Software Specialist - Training, Certification, and Program Support

We recommended you to do this because members and engineers in this forum share their ideas and suggestions related to Office 365 products like Word or OneNote and if you’re having any concerns about Office 365 products, you are absolutely welcome to post threads in our community and we will be happy to provide you with any support as far as we can.

Appreciate your patience and understanding. Hope your concern could get resolved soon in the appropriate forum.

Best Regards,

Mia
