I have an Issue with install XPS feature on Windows 10 version 1809 devices; the installation failed with error code : 0x8024402C, I tried to install it through GUI (Apps & Features) and through Command (cmd and PowerShell) but the problem still exist, the network contains proxy and the internet connectivity working properly.
Also I tried the following solutions but without any benefits (the problem still exist):
1) The registry method; HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE > Policies > Microsoft > Windows > WindowsUpdate > AU; In the Value data box enter 0 and click OK.
2) The GPO method; Computer Configuration\Administrative Templates\System\Specify settings for optional component installation and component repair and Tick: Download repair content and optional features.
3) Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup” and ‘Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth”
Any assistance to solve the above mentioned issue will be appreciated, Thank you in advanced.

Try open command prompt (cmd) as administrator and type the following command:
sfc /scannow
You may open start and search for feedback and open Feedback Hub app and report this issue.
I will try it and let you know with feedback, but is there any other way to install XPS offline ? and do you think that this issue is related with 1809 version of Windows 10 ?
You may open start and search for Control Panel and open it under Programs click on Turn Windows features on or off and in the list you will see Microsoft XPS Document Writer and you may select it and press okay to enable this feature in Windows.
