shared contacts

Hello,

I have a problem with outllook 365, my partner shared with me a list of contacts, but when i want to send email to the contacts from the list, I can't choose the contact list in address book.

It doesn't apear on the list.

Hello, my partner made this addition to the address book, but I cant use the file (named : test) from "To". It doesn’t appear to the contacts list on my Address Book.

See if your partner made this addition to the address book like this:

Go to your inbox and select People, choose the list that was shared with you.

Right-click the folder that was shared with you and choose Properties.

In the Contact Properties box opens, select the Outlook Address Book tab.

Check the Show this folder as an Email Address Book box and enter a new name for the new list.

When you go to send a new email by clicking "To" you will find this list with the new name.

Thanks for the article, but I think you didn’t understand my question.

In the first photo you can see My Contacts and the Shared Contacts, my partner shared with me the test file contact but i can send email using this file contact, as you can see on the second photo.

So my question is that, how its possible ,when someone shared with me a file with contacts, to use the list  when I am going to send an email (the green- ? -)?
