Cannot superscript/subscript in excel

The arrow in the font section that points to the right in excel is not on my excel. My Ctrl + 1 key is not working. These two things are happening in all devices that I use both laptop and ipad, so I cannot superscript/subscript.

    Superscript and subscript are not available (yet) on mobile devices (iPhone, iPad, Android) or in the online (browser) version.

    Open the workbook in the desktop version of Excel for Mac or Windows to access this feature.
