Error Code CAAC000E

I have purchased Office 365 E3 which we can Install Office for mobile on up to five PCs or Macs, five tablets, and five phones per user. While activating the the 4th device I got the below error. I am the only administrator of this account and did verify the number of devices I have installed.

    Hi legionbelen,

    Thanks for your post in the Microsoft Community.

    According to the error message you received: error code CAAC000E.

    This issue might some how related with your system time settings. If you are Windows 10 on this device please go through the following steps:

    1.Close all the Office applications on this device.

    2.Go to Windows Settings > Date & time settings and enable both "Set time automatically" & "Set time zone automatically" options:

    3.Now, go back and open Office app, try sign in your account to activate it again.

    If the issue still occur, please help provide some more info:

    1.Which version of your device is using, Windows 10, Windows 8 or Windows7?

    2.Is your date & time setup correctly on this device?

    3.Please sign in toOffice Portalwith your account > Select Apps & devices > Under Office section, click on Devices and how many devices are listed there?
