The @mention feature is not working in Office 365 (both in the web browser and the desktop app). I encountered this problem while using Excel, but it similarly does not work in PowerPoint and Word. The file is saved to OneDrive and shared with the parties that I want to @mention. I also tried using different browsers (Chrome, Edge, etc.) and private / incognito mode. Please help, thanks!

    Hello Alex,

As you mentioned "@mention feature is not working", I would like to know whether the users are not receiving the email notifications when you use @?

If yes, can you please share the OneDrive settings page: Open the OneDrive in the browser> Settings (Gear Icon)> OneDrive settings> Notifications> Notification Settings

    Appreciate your understanding!!

    Best Regards,

    Chitrahaas
