Unable to find 'Ideas' option on MS Excel. Please help me out.

    I am Dave, I will help you with this.

    I cannot make out what version of Office you have installed from your screenshot, click File Account, what version of Office is installed on your PC, is that 2016, 2019, 2021, or Office 365?

    Ideas in Excel is only available in Microsoft 365 (subscription based) or the free version of Excel in a web browser:

    That does not seem to be Office 365, because you only have Word, Excel PowerPoint and OneNote.

    Do you pay a subscription for Office?

    On Excel 365, this is what you would see on that page:

    Yeah sorry, it's the office 2019 version and I do have a subscription.

    If that is 2019, then from that Microsoft ink above, you would not have the ideas functionality.
