Without admin access on office365

I tried to open Office 365 admin portal to check SMTP settings but don't have admin access on office365. How do I do to obtain this access?

Greetings.

Thank you for raising your concern in this community.

With each M365 subscription comes a main global admin, he/she is the one that can assign other users admin rights.

So to get the admin right you need, you will need to get in touch with your IT admin or the owner of the M365 subscription. If you don't know how to find who he/she is, please have a look at this article How do I find my Microsoft 365 admin?
