How to register if i don't have last name ?

I was registering for AZ - 900 Examination and the so registration form needs a legal name with mandatory surname as well and should be matched with government authorized id, my question is what value to be added in surname field if I only have first name in my government authorized id.

I wish to appear the Microsoft AZ-900 certification. I have no last name but on the website it is compulsory to fill in the lastname? If not, then what workaround could be used?
