I go through the post carefully. it seems that you get OneNote sync error, as for the issue, here are some suggestions:
- Please go to OneNote for the web at www.onenote.com, check if you can open the notebook and edit your notes from here, if you have any unsynced notes, please back up them first.
- The issue could be caused by corrupted pages/sections in your notebook. If notes in other sections and pages are synced well, please try copy/move the notes that don’t sync well by right click the sections/page>Move/copy it to a new sections or page and check the result.
- To check if the issue related to your network environment, please turn off antivirus software or firewall temporarily if you have such configuration and check the result. You may also try to connect to another network to check if the issue gets solved.
