Hi,

I just noticed this CNAME error in the Microsoft admin page. Is anybody know about this error?

Is there anything I need to do to solve this error, although there is no any issue with my server or Office apps right now.

Need your advise.

Thank you

Hello DiyN,

Thanks for your post in this community.

Based on your shared screenshot, seems your CNAME record is not correctly updated or added on your local domain provider side. So in this situation, kindly contact your local domain provider and ask them to update your correct CNAME records on their side. Once they added correctly and its updated, this error gone from domain set up settings page from Microsoft365 Admin center.

At this point, we highly appreciate your kind understanding and  co-operation.

Thank you so much for your precious time. Stay safe and happy with good health.

Best regards,

Ankita Vaidya
