Remote desktop - usb device not found on server

when in remote desktop session

usb dongle-smartcard connected

usb dongle-smartcard not connected
from host, remote desktop session, i launch app on server, it say: dongle not conected.
i not need to share dongle in host so i not selected to share smartcard and other devices. Even selecting it, not work.
With teamviewer i launch app on server, it detect dongle-smartcard
Why dongle-smartcard not detected on server when remote desktop session?
