I tried a lot of search about the error code you provided above and it seems to be more related to connect Remote Desktop Connection. Before going further, would mind telling me where did receive this error message? And what are you trying to connect remotely? My problem solved. Another computer which I used to connect lost the power. This was why I could not connect to.
