Issue with Private store for business error code 0x00000191

when user try to logging to the private Microsoft store for business, they receive error with error code 0x00000191

According to your description, I'm willing to help you but we are under Microsoft Office 365 for business category ,

for” Microsoft Private store“ related question, there’s a specific channel for such questions.
