Refund request Office 365

You have charged me today for another year of Microsoft Office 365. I did not authorize this payment and seek an immediate refund. I did not authorize a recurring bill. I received no email to let me know the money was about to be withdrawn from my account. I was therefore unable to stop it. I wish to cancel my subscription and get a refund for the remainder of the period charged.
Please let me know how and when the refund will be made.

    O365 is not currently supported here on Q&A. The product group for Office 365 actively monitors questions over at
    https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/msoffice/forum/msoffice_account
