In Excel, go to File - Options
On the left, click Advanced
On the right, scroll down to the Display section
Turn on the option to 'Disable Hardware graphics acceleration'
Save that setting and restart Excel

Dear community,
yesterday I started Excel and found Excel not showing the toolbar correctly.
All icons and most of the text is missing in the toolbar (red rectangle in the picture below).
Other office applications like word and outlook do not show this behavior.
What I tried to solve the problem:
Excel is not usable for me with this missing toolbar.
I hope there is someone who can help with this problem.
