Footnote problem: Two footnotes are automatically created, but why?!

Hello,

I'm experiencing a very unusual problem. Every time I try to insert a footnote (but, in my case, every time it's the 8th one), it creates two identical footnotes (see the first screenshot). The rest just works fine, does anybody know what to do?

Well, I just figured out that it doesn't affect to the 8th footnote per se, but to that particular position, see the second screenshot. So I inserted a new one between #6 and #7 and now the #9 has the problem.
