To-Do task deleted

Question

Hi,

A task I had created on my To-Do app seems to have disappeared from the system. I can't find it in the Android App, Windows App or on the web app. I hadn't deleted it, I had just marked it as complete. When I logged in to the web app, it was visible for a moment before the syncing happened and it disappeared. Is there any way to recover it? There were a lot of to-dos in that task which I had accumulated over months. It is really important for my work.

I apologize your situation, but i recomend you that you send your issue report directly to Microsoft (use the office time): https://partner.support.services.microsoft.com/...

because, tis is an user comunity, but we aren't Microsoft workers and we don't have access to Microsoft servers. Maybe, in this way, you can get a solution for this problem.

I can't see it in either the Completed tasks or Deleted tasks lists. It seems to have gone compleely.

You can change the filter to see the completed task.
