Migration manager - cannot add source path

I recently discovered the migration manager and have successfully installed the agent then scanned my first source path.

After review the errors and deleting unneeded files, I noticed I could not rescan the paths to see if the migration warnings were gone. I deleted the original source paths and was going to re-add it.

Now I cannot add a source path at all (it is greyed out). I have tried with two different admin accounts.

    Hi Chris,

Thanks for posting in the community.

According to your screenshot, I assume you have run agentsetup.exe, connected to tenant in Microsoft 365 Migration. You can view the agent under the Agents tab. Based on the reference and my test, after the agent is configured, please check if you can add source path to scan. If not, please create the task under the Migrations tab, then try to add source path to scan.

    Regards,

    George

Correct, I have configured the agent and it is enabled. Like I mentioned, I was able to add a source path last week and successfully scan it, but now I can't.

Same thing happende to me. Event tried to delete all completed scans, to see if that could affect that. But no. Still - the "Add source path" is greyed out, even if the Agent is "enabled".

    Hi all,

    Sorry for my late reply.

Please try to manually create a task via the Migrations tab, like scan only. After the task status is complete, please check if you can add a source. If the issue still exists, please go to Microsoft 365 Admin Center> Health, check whether there are any related service incidents in your tenant. If so, please wait for the repair. If not, please create a support ticket via Microsoft 365 Admin Center> Support> New service request. That support team there will have the correct channel to help you investigate more and find what exactly reason has caused this issue.

    Regards,

    George
