Microsoft Certificates missing from https://docs.microsoft.com/

It looks like I'm having the same issue as detailed in case:

I am unable to see my certificates https://learn.microsoft.com after connecting my account.

Can you please check to see if I also have duplicate accounts so I can migrate my account and fix this issue.
