Associate a Microsoft account that you have used to complete exams and certifications through Microsoft Learning so that we can give credit to your organization.

Hi,
I am unable to associate my Learning account to partner account.
I am receiving an error message : You do not have Learning account registered with sowmyasugumar@harsh.com .com. Either try associating with a different Microsoft account, or complete the registration at www.microsoft.com/learning and try associating the account again.

Can you please let me know, what does registration meant here. I already being in learning path.

The Registration can be completed in Partner User Account Management. Partner Center - Your Account - My Profile

There you will be able to associate a microsoft account to a partner profile account.
