Problem when closing Excel file

Does anyone have a problem when closing an Excel file after adding information into it?

Microsoft 365 and Office | Excel | Other | iOS

    Tried rebooting the iPad and resetting excel but it didn’t fix the problem

    Everyday for the last month, hours and hours of lost entries. Hangs up on closing, force close reverts back to old version of file over writing earlier saves that actually worked.

    We’ve deleted and reinstalled app, reset excel and performed all of the suggested actions. Literally stayed in the attached action for 13 hours before I finally forced closed.

    Hello,

    if using on ipad/iphone, you might need to do a repair of the installation or a total reinstallation. Just ensure that you have your license keys at hand.

    This occurs often with applications when they are unable to execute some of their dependencies and thus a repair or re installation does the trick.
