Hi,

We have been trying to print a document containing a checkbox symbol. We have developed a postscript based virtual printer driver which uses pscript5.dll. Due to some reason its not generating checkbox at output. Everything in document looks fine but check gets disappear. When we use PDF document containing checkbox, It works find. Issue is only with MsOffice.

Is their anyway to resolved it or any workaround ?

Thanks

The "checkbox" is visible in the output created by printing the document to a pdf file using the Microsoft Print to PDF facility

However, you appear to be using Symbol (Hex) character 0099 for the "checkbox", which I believe is an "empty" character

Why don't you use a Content Control check box. (You will need to convert the document to the current format (docx)

    Hi Doug Robbins"),

Its working fine with Microsoft Print to PDF & Printer drivers. I have observed issues in only with postscript based printer driver.

We have around 100+ user who already prepared 1000+ documents which contains this checkbox so Control Check Box solution will not be feasible for us.

    Regards
