Microsoft Lists - Static column and formatting

Hello

Please help - Please post access to links

1.

Is it possible to make a static column? I need a static column, for example we can only book in 20 children into a class

2.

Is it possible when you select new in a list that a column can calculate the number of times new has been selected and tally up in a static column? To accommodate the list only tallying to 20?

3.

Is it possible to have a summary list of the activities providing an up-to-date snapshot of available spaces left in the activity and indicates which activities are full?

4.

If activity is full, how can I automate it to go to waiting list?

Hello Shelley,

Per the description shared, I understand your requirement but I am sorry to convey that your requirements can't be done in SharePoint Online via out-of-box way and AFAIK, you can achieve it via PowerApps and Power Automate. So, I request you post your requirement in the Power Apps and Power Automate community to get a detailed response from the experts.
