I changed the theme from a MS Office (from black to white) and I notice changes have been shared with another PC with a totally different Microsoft and Office accounts.

How can I understand the reason?

    Hi there,

Sorry for all the inconveniences it may have caused on your side.

Generally, the theme settings will only be synced to Office apps on various devices which has been logged in with the same account. Hence, to further troubleshoot the issue, kindly share us the following details:

1.To check if the Office apps on both PCs are synced, please try to change the theme from one PC and check the behavior on another PC.

2.During the tests with Step 1 several times, kindly check the Word/Excel/PowerPoint>File>Options>General>Office Theme to double confirm the theme situation on both sides.

3.The screenshot of the Product Information page on both PCs. Open Word/Excel/PowerPoint, click File>Account and share the complete screenshot as the following one.

    Best Regards,

    Mia
