Issue printing excel spreadsheet

Your file could not be printed due to an error on HP510841 (HPOFFICE JET PRO 6960) - Possible reasons - not enough memory - network connection or loose cable....everything appears ok and I can print apart from excel - any help appreciated -

    This symptom may represent an error in the excel configuration files or in their libraries, initially recommended is to perform a repair.

    Follow the steps below to see if it has been resolved.

    1- Click on the Windows "start" icon (bottom-left corner of your screen).

    2-Click on "Settings". ...

    3-Click on "Apps". ...

    4-Select "Microsoft Office" (or "Microsoft Excel" if you do not have the full Office installation).

    5-Click "Modify".

    6-Choose "Online Repair".
