Hi

I have a two project files saved in a Teams folder - one is my Resource Pool and the other a Master project. However, when I open the Resource Pool and Master Project I can't share the Resource - the option is greyed out why is this?

I'm on Plan 3 do I need to upgrade to Plan 5?

Thanks

Anna

Anna --

Project Plan 5 will not help you. Your problem is that the Teams folder is actually a SharePoint folder in the background. You cannot save a shared resource pool file in a SharePoint folder, as the functionality simply will not work. That is the same reason you cannot save a master project in a SharePoint folder; again the functionality will not work. You will need to store your projects and the shared resource pool file in a folder on your computer's hard drive or on a network drive. Sorry, but hope this helps.
