I lost admin access to my o365 account

Question

Hi everyone,

My phone where authenticator was installed got broken, with it also print screen of my qr code.
I am admin of the account in my company domain and everything else.
I have problem accessing my account, authenticator and my account lost connection, I cant enter to admin center at all.

Please help!

O365 is not currently supported here on Q&A. The product group for Office 365 actively monitors questions over at

I'd try the sign in another way method here.

Does not help, because I am the only one having admin priviledges.

There is no possibility given to try another way, it keeps send me back to the Authenticator approve or code from authenticator only !

Could you reset your password using alternative email?
