You can try the following process:
- Open Control Panel > Internet Options > "Connections" tab > LAN Settings >
- Tick the option: "Automatically detect settings"
- Untick the option: "Use proxy server for your LAN connection"
Then try to use the Vault again. If not work follow next step.
