OneDrive Cannot Authenticate

Today, our OneDrive for Business apps cannot sign in.

Variety of errors:

0x8004ded7

0x8004de69

0x8004de90

Reset winsock, changed password, unlink and attempt to re-link onedrive, fully updated computer and office manually, uninstalled and re-installed onedrive.

Then on another workstation laptop I wiped and re-installed Windows 10, then installed Office and joined to AD. OneDrive still fails to sign in.

AD environment, Office 365, most machines are not Azure AD joined.

Can anyone offer advice?

    Dear Rclay_2006,

I am Renzo, as an Independent Advisor and Office user, I will help you with your question.

You can try the following process:

    1. Open Control Panel > Internet Options > "Connections" tab > LAN Settings >
    • Tick the option: "Automatically detect settings"
    • Untick the option: "Use proxy server for your LAN connection"

Then try to use the Vault again. If not work follow next step.

    1. You can try to solve this problem with the "Easy Fix Tool" in the document below:

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sharepoint/tro...

    1. If the above process does not work, in the following link, see: "Update Registry"
