In this case, could you please uninstall To Do totally through AppCleaner App which could be downloaded here [https://freemacsoft.net/appcleaner/] and follow the steps below to uninstall?
- Open the AppCleaner Windows
- Drag To Do into it, and select all related files to delete
After that, please reinstall To Do again to try
Also, you could try this:
- Make sure the computer is off-line
- Open Microsoft ToDo
- Go to “Account” and sign out
- Turn on internet connection to computer
- Sign in to account again
