Hi Dfabry,
Thank you for querying in this forum. From your description, it seems that you have created lists under My Lists instead of SharePoint sites, and you want to move lists from My lists to SharePoint sites. If my understanding is right, we're afraid that there is no out of box way to move lists from My lists to SharePoint site directly.
We’re sorry that it doesn’t meet your requirement. I do understand the inconvenience it has made and apologize for it.
To address your concern, we'd suggest you vote this feedback: move or copy lists between sharepoint sites the 'easy way' · Community (microsoft.com). This is the best platform to let us hear from you and make our products and services better for you and others. At the same time, for a workaround, you can go to My lists and open the list > click Export to Excel to export the list to Excel files, as shown below:Then you can go to SharePoint site > Site Contents > New list > then select From Excel, as shown below:
Then you can upload the Excel file. (Note: the list formatting may not be remained)Or you can also go to click on New list button in Microsoft List > click from existing list and select that list as template to create a new list under related site.
Your understanding and patience will be highly appreciated. I hope that you are keeping safe and well!
Best Regards,
Sukie
How can I move sharepoint lists from "my lists" to a site
Hello,
I have been getting started with power apps and am now starting to dabble in flows however when I started playing around with flows, I found that all of the lists I have created already are not saved on a sharepoint site but rather just saved to my lists. Because of this I can not set up flows to interact with the lists since there is no sharepoint site to reference. I have a pretty decent amount of data and quite a few functions within an app that I'd like to avoid losing. Is there any easy way to move these lists off of just "my lists" and move them to an actual sharepoint site?
Thanks
