iCloud storage.

I purchased additional iCloud storage from Apple a few months ago. I have also been an Office 365 user for several years now. I recently found out that I have a terabyte of storage with 365. So how do I link the 365 iCloud to the Apple account so they will quit telling me I need to purchase more storage. When I try to login to iCloud, the pop-up screen is from Apple. I just have no idea what to do so I get my terabyte account. I really need to talk to someone at Microsoft 365 but cannot find a phone number.

Please help if you understand my problem.
