Can’t remove Xbox battery from Microsoft store cart

Every time I try to remove the battery I get an error. I’m trying to buy more storage for OneDrive but I can’t do it because the battery can’t be removed.

    Please try that to reach a live agent

    Type Microsoft Store and then click Get Help

    Then click the Contact Support button at the bottom of the page

    Under Products and Services, choose Others

    Click on Confirm, then on "Chat with a support agent in your web browser"

    Follow the onscreen steps to get a live agent and start chatting.

    May I know if you tried to acess the store cart in another browser or incognito mode?

    Looks like a cache issue.
