I need help. Upto yesterday was using word bo problem. Now this code appears on my laptop....what do I do

Hi Mark,

Per the description shared, can I know whether you encounter the error message when you open any Office apps such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint? If yes, can you perform Online Repair to the Office apps and check the behavior? Reference: Repair an Office application - Office Support (microsoft.com)

If still problem persists, please provide the following information for moving further:

a. Screenshot of the Product Information and Version of the Office apps using. Open the Control Panel> Programs> Programs and Features> Take a screenshot of the Office apps and version.

b. Screenshot of the error message?

c. Does the problem happen after you update Office apps or any recent change?
