Hi Raymond Tan,

Thank you for querying in this forum.

May I confirm if you use PowerShell command to export a user's permission and get the 1, 2, 3 data?

If so, I'd like to share following suggestions:

1.CarrotsAcademy Owners, CarrotsAlign Employees:

they are groups where the user is a member. They may be Office 365 groups or a site's permission groups.

2.Limited Access System Group For List xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

it means the user has limited access for a list.

Limited Access System Group For Web xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

it means the user has limited access to web object.

You can refer to detailed information about Limited Access and Web-only Limited Access as below:

For more information, you may refer to following article and thread:

Permission levels in SharePoint

Web-Only limited access in SharePoint Online site

3.SharingLinks.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

it means sharing links which the user has. He can use the links to access file/folder/library/list in the SharePoint site.

If I misunderstand the scenario, feel free to post back and let me know, I will continue trying best to help you.

In the meantime, please also share some screenshots of the exported permission information. And if you use PowerShell command to export the user's permission, please also share the PowerShell command with us.

Many thanks for your patience and effort. Have a nice day!

Best regards,

Tina
