How to disable MFA on Microsoft 365 global admin account

Hi Guys,

I activated MFA on my azure global administrator account, i changed my phone and i forgot to setup Microsoft authenticator app on the new phone before i wiped the old phone.
Now I'm stranded and i can't access the admin center without MFA verification as it only asking me to verify via authenticator app no option like SMS or phone as i obviously didn't active that.

Pls help guys.

    If you have another admin account, use it to reset your MFA status. If not, contact support: https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Contact-Office-365-for-business-support-32a17ca7-6fa0-4870-8a8d-e25ba4ccfd4b#BKMK_call_support
